History of South-Zot109land

South Zot109land is located in the Balkans (I think it's Croatia or Montenegro and a bit of Serbia (I should look it up, I know)) and is basically under the rule of Zot109land (that's the whole Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg)).
South Zot109land was conquered in the Balkan wars in 1850-1870 between Zot109land and the Ottoman Empire.

South Zot109land is governed by an king, who had been installed by His Royal Highness Emperor Sam in 1874. Still, the king has to listen to the emperor. But in times of need, Zot109land will send troops to South Zot109land and South Zot109land would return the favor.

Just to let you know, factbooks would fall under the whole "use proper English" rule. SpamNation should be the only area where all Hell can be let loose with grammar and spelling and flaming, the latter only in jest.

Yes, we have a past-tech planet, but most of the nations there have early gunpowder if even that. So definitely no planes, and no metal ships, and no semi-automatic or automatic weapons.

If you want WWI, you're probably best off in the MT/PMT planet, though you'll be a bit outmatched in any war, because if you go to the PT planet, you'll way outmatch everyone in any war

Probably shouldn't. It'd be too hard to explain how your area is suddenly more than a century behind the rest of the Empire. We have hovercars, rocket troops, power armor, jet fighters and plasma weapons. It'd be a really big leap backwards if you suddenly end up with WWI tech. You'd be squished like a bug by pretty much anyone except maybe Caesar's Legion, and even then, probably not, given the number of ex-Enclave troops in the Legion who were allowed to keep their armor and high-tech weapons.

EDIT: What Burn said. The Ermarians have primitive cannons for their ships. They're basically the Byzantine Empire, in terms of technology. Konosis is on the verge of an industrial revolution and the Ermarians will gladly copy them.
