International Military Report (PT) - March 2011

This is the irregularly updated PT International Military Report, published by yours truly, Panzersharkcat, subbing in for Selathorn. The last time a PT report was was in December. However, since I am starting over with using RP population and am too lazy to adjust previous calculations, future reports will be using this one as the benchmark. To minimize bias, I will be using Burn's formula in combination with the RP population and adjust accordingly. This is also slightly different from the others in that I no longer bother with the trade deficit/surplus and currency strength stats, since those don't factor into the formula.

2.2339970 - 10 : Konosis - The highest technology, the highest defense budget, and the strongest economy give Konosis deserved status as the super-power of this planet. Sure, it may not have as large a navy as Ermarian or Orilana, but it can better afford to lose ships than either of them.
0.8491766 - 3.801 : Blolrus - The comparatively low score is deceptive. Mess with Blolrus, possibly by stealing their bukkits, and you will has no ships.
0.7896353 - 3.535 : New Ermarian - Outside of Blolrus, the current dominant naval power. Their (colonial) army is nothing to sneeze at, either, given that they are the same military that conquered an entire planet, the original Ermarian.
0.3754372 - 1.681 : Orilana - A navy that rivals Ermarian's, and that's really it.
0.0524544 - 0.235 : Themyscira - A small (in population) nation of nigh-immortal warrior woman. If not for the report not taking into account the fantastic elements of this nation, I would have it rated with a relative score of 0.4 or so. Still not so power, relative to the others, but invade if you like very heavy casualties.
0.0326859 - 0.146 : Neo-Konaria - Look at the widdle nation. Who's a tiny country? Who's a tiny country? You are! Yes, you are! (Yeah, I'm being kind of mean.)
