I ask because Tantalus will soon rise as a reindustrializing Core power... Perhaps the Galactic Cold War can spill over to the Tantalan system in favor of or against the Tantalan Independence Movement.

Keep it under the same account. Not that anybody reads them (or really bothers enforcing them much, for that matter) but the rules say only one account per person. "One account for one user. We used to allow puppets in the old forum. That was used once to rig an in-forum election, though that's not the reason for this rule. It's just a pain. Obviously, it does not refer to the game itself."
