Mass emigration

As many nations on earth know the Sacaen Teutonic Order was a nation of the Celtic Lands that housed the CL stargate to Earth. Things have changed, however, as the Celtic Lands have become increasingly inhospitable and the Order government has ordered a mass emigration from the Celtic Lands to earth. A massive refugee fleet made up of civilian and military ships of the Sacaen Teutonic Order have appeared in Greenland through the stargate their intentions unknown.

(I currently don't have a nation in nationstates but as soon as I get a spot on the map I'll recreate my nationstates nation for RP purposes)

Bismouthi authorities, surprisingly enough, voice no objection to the emigration.

Unsurprisingly, they have offered aid on the condition that priests of Biaism be allowed to attempt to convert Sacaen citizens.

The UMNA offers unconditional humanitarian aid to the Sacaen refugees and offers to help resettle some of the refugees in the UMNA if they so desire, and recommends that the main group settle in Australia.

The Swiss government offers any aid it can to move the people of the Sacaen Teutonic Order, without attempts to convert them. They suggest South America, as there are currently nobody populating it except maybe the occasional hunkered down Enclave squad. That or North Africa, if they don't mind having any Enclave remnants who stayed in Casablanca sticking around.

*The Sacaen Teutonic Order, using maps provided by the earth governments, and designed two plans to put forward to the earth governments. The first plan and probably the first to be thrown out was the recolonization of the former lands of Prussia which now currently reside in the Swiss Empire. This plan would be worked on provided the Swiss are willing to negotiate. The second plan was the occupation of the unclaimed territories of North Africa stretching from Morocco to the border with Bismouth. The North African Enclave Remnant would be given to options in this matter: 1. Be absorbed into the new lands of the Sacaen Teutonic Order, or 2. Pack up and move out of the new territories. The Order is willing to negotiate with the Enclave on this matter but if resistence is met the Teutonic Paladins will forcibly remove them. The Order is also quite aware of Africa's hostile mutant wildlife and is willing to deal with said wildlife.

Swiss - We wish to ask about the first plan but we are not too keen on actually obtaining the territory. If you say no we will move on with the second plan or an improvised third if the second is too much. We guarentee an embassy for you for the foreign aid

UMNA - We accept your aid and will offer an embassy spot in our future homeland. Also we will take the Australia recommendation into consideration if the second plan proves to be a problem

Bismouth - Unfortunately the Sacaen Teutonic Order only officially recognizes one religion and that is a protestant version of the Christian faith. However, under the Sacaen Teutonic Order's Religious Freedom doctrine places of worship devoted to the Biaism faith will be allowed and protected under the Order's religious laws. They will not be granted the advantage of state sponsorship but if a crime is committed against the buildings (if any) or any religious leaders they will be granted the same representation under the law as any other religion

Bismouth does not explicitly agree to this arrangement or acknowledge that it sent a request or was denied, but publicly issues statements welcoming the newly arrived refugees and pledges use of the Bismouthi naval fleet in movement if necessary.

It also arranges Church charities, which, in Bismouth, are very charitable indeed.

Under the circumstances of being allowed to freely preach, Bismouth also offers the newcomers diplomatic recognition, including an embassy.

The UMNA replies with a brief message stating that "We will prepare to send an ambassador in the near future. In addition, your aid is forthcoming."

Soon after the message is sent, large amounts of cargo are brought in to help the Sacaen refugees - food, water, medicine, and clothing. Also, the Sacaen fleet is notified that once they decide on their settling location the UMNA will bring in reconstruction aid and two members of the Municipal Logistics and Development Core who specialize in helping to rebuild communities in the UMNA and the world and have great expertise to do so.

The Swiss response is that a plebiscite will be taken of the cantons there. Some are willing to accept. Most are not. In any case they are willing to help move Sacae into North Africa. The Enclave remnants there accept Sacaen rule.

The Order thanks all nations involved for the assistence. Sacaen ships have landed at the desolate city of Tangiers on the northwestern tip of Africa where the Order has begun to restore the city. The city is to be renamed New Danzig and will serve as the Order's major port to the Atlantic Ocean in the future. The refugee ships move along the North African coast and have set up small encampments in the North African coastal cities of Ceuta, Algiers, Tunis, Tripoli, and Tobruk the last of which would be the last settlement before Bismouth itself. The Order renamed all of these cities: New Arensburg, New Riga, New Konigsburg (capital), New Memel, and New Livonia respectively. While all these settlements are cities in name only at this point the Order is confident that the cities can be brought back up to workable condition soon. While the civilians continued to rebuild the cities and establish their homes the Order Scribes (science division of the Order) began to offload equipment the Order brought with them from the Celtic Lands. While the Order did bring their military technologies with them like the laser batteries schematics they also brought the two most important technologies that the Order needed in their new home. The first was the radiation scrubbers that the Order used to clean up the northern lands of the Isthmus of Prussia after the Arcdeberanii-Sacaen War left them devastated from nuclear detonations. The Order was pretty sure that North Africa would have some radiation left over from Earth's nuclear war. The second technology was a land reclamation device. Similar to the Earth designed GECK it was designed more for reclaiming fertile land from the desert. Though this device was not yet ready for use the Order was hopeful that someday their device can turn much of the desert that the Order claimed into fertile farmland and pastures. Upon landing in the decaying cities that was to be their new home the Order military was dispatched into the cities to secure them. The Order had some scuffles with the local riffraff that had squatted in the decaying cities but they were easily subdued. The Order's main concerns was the highly dangerous wildlife and the Enclave. The wildlife had proved to be very difficult to push back due to the ferocity of the animals the locals called deathclaws. In response to the aggressive animals the Order decided to dig in its divisions that they send further inland and consolidate what the Order already had. The Enclave proved much easier to subdue. When the Order military arrived in Tobruk (now New Livonia) they expected a highly trained and well equipped military organization, instead they only a shadow of that. The Enclave forces did not put up any fight at all probably because they knew they were completely outmatched. The Order struck a deal with the Enclave remnants which said that the Enclave must accept complete annexation into the Sacaen Teutonic Order. In exchange for this the Enclave families would be allowed to remain in their homes if they show wished and they were now eligible for Sacaen citizenship

The UMNA sends the two members of the Municipal Logistics and Development Core to join the Sacaen settlement and advise the leaders on developing their newly refounded nation, having large amounts of practical experience with the issues surrounding that. Also, the Municipal government sends a message to the Sacaens urging them to carefully respect the rights of the indigenous peoples of North Africa and seek integration with them whenever possible.

The Order assures the UMNA that all peoples native to the region are given equal chance to join the Order peacefully it is difficult to tell the difference between the innocent wastelanders and petty drug addicted raiders. The Order is doing its best to ensure the most and peaceful transition of native peoples in the Order. The Order also has managed to clear the majority of aggressive, mutant wildlife from the cities and drive them into the desert though there have been many wounded and a few deaths of Teutonic Knights while trying to accomplish this task. Radiation scrubbing is going well and the Order is confident that in a week's time most of the radiation in the cities will be purged. The Order is prepared to introduce its own native livestock into their new homeland

Bismouthi aid also trickles in with priests who offer the aid and the comment, "May King Carbin bless you."

Kahndaq has no comment other than the usual of warnings to not trying to assimilate them.

When the Sacaens return their border requests, Bismouth issues no response.

Cold shoulder, in Bismouthi terms, is bad.

The administration definitely disapproves of having yet another nation pressed up against its borders, but is not willing to vocalize complaint.
