Following the surprise contact by the Selathorni Republic seeking diplomatic relations between them and Aescentia, the President and the top political figures in Aescentia have quickly decided to see who else is out there. The massive parabolic dishes on the outermost planet of Secundus Minor are set to send off a message in all directions, to see who picks it up.

There are several others that you have not yet encountered. There are some that you won't encounter until you come across them. Esoteric comes to mind immediately. They can communicate with us, but they do not leave their planet unless necessary. I doubt they can pick up your messages without outside assistance. I'll attach a copy of our star charts for the galaxy. The civilizations we've encountered are marked.

(OOC: Altayr, how did you manage to intercept the message? You're PMT as far as I know, unless you're the only FT nation on the MT/PMT planet, in which case, you shouldn't be on there. Probably don't have the technology to receive that message so quickly. The other nations there don't as far as I know. Not unless another nation has given them special equipment to communicate with the FT nation that gave it to them.)

(OOC: I was judging by Selathorn's post on the last page... Altayr's PMT, should be able to respond, right?)

(OOC: Given that Panzer just sent messages to every MT/PMT nation in RoE, and they all replied, I think it should be fine...)
