He raises an eyebrow at this, as it seems rather overkill. He remains silent, though.

Peter Jager: Oooh... sounds like fun. Thousands of years to contemplate the screams of the dead and dying? Sounds like a vacation to me! Make it ten thousand years!

*The former Paladin Komtur laughs before finishing*

Peter: And of course my fellow man were not party to what I did, mostly because I did to them what I did to your people as well both military and civilian. I always made it a game to find out which branch screamed out in true mind numbing pain first. Have you ever seen an Ordenreich citizen be pulled in half by his limbs. Its like a work of art! It was very good fun. You can tell my pansy Hochmeister that too maybe he will commit suicide out of horror and we can get a real leader to put you aliens in your place!

(OOC: For the record, I think the ACLU would either want him executed or just imprisoned for life, and since I intended to plagiarize the ACLU, Aaron would probably want him executed or imprisoned for life :p.)

(OOC: It is life imprisonment. He just won't die Razz)

Talent Edouarzh sighs, but says, "It is a shame that it has come to this, but things are as must be. Know that we reserve this punishment to only the worst of war criminals who went beyond the normal brutality once expected in Centauri warfare, and that you are far and beyond the worst of them. The Tribunal is in agreement. With this" - he bangs his gavel - "you are hereby sentenced to an eternity of imprisonment within a Punishment Sphere. May you learn from this in some timely manner."

With that, he nods to a group of guards who bring forth a metal ring with glowing red diodes interspersed around it. It is perhaps one meter in diameter, and they bring it in front of Peter Jager and bring him into the center. Once inside, he and the ring levitate up into the air and a red force field emerges into the shape of a sphere. Chains of force bind his limbs, and he is brought by the guards into the depths of UN Headquarters.

PostSubject: Re: The Darker side of the Ordenreich   The Darker side of the Ordenreich - Page 2 Icon_minitimeSat Apr 13, 2013 5:49 pm

*The Hochmeister, back on Livenstein, continued operations in identifying the victims on Nova Silesia. They had already sent out the first "shipment" of dead victims. They kept them in pressure sealed coffins with their identity tagged on it. The Ordenreich decided that the bodies demanded proper burial at the hands of their respective governments. They also knew that the bodies could be carrying disease so thats why they kept them in these special coffins. At least the victim's familes and governments could get closure.*

*On Nova Silesia a young Order Captain was commanding a squad of knights who were about to open a building referred to, in the notes, as "the Junkyard." The cleanup crews assumed it was a landfill or scrapyard so it was left alone as caring for the living and dead were number one priorities. With operations now proceeding smoothly Nova Silesia Q&R Command (Quarentine and relief) decided to send a squad to scout out the building.*

Order Captain Roger: Ok lets get this door open, set the charges

Knight: Sir.

*The Order Knight set the charges and the squad got back*

Knight: Fire in the hole!

*The charges blew destroying the door*

Roger: Good work. Sir knight what have we got in the air measurements?

Knight: Sir we have the standard contaminants from engineered diseases but also a high concentration of decomposition

Roger: Meaning?

Knight: A lot of dead bodies sir

Roger: So this must be where the missing victims from the reports were kept. Lets move in

Knight: Sir

*Roger and his knights moved in, it was very dark. They turned on their flashlights and continued down a long corridor. According to scanners, the stench of death would have been overwhelming if the knights weren't wearing hardsuits. They continued walking till the corridor ended and they entered a large room. One of the knights found a switch to turn on main power and immediately the knights wished they hadn't. When the lights came on they were greeted with the sight of thousands of mutilated and dismembered corpses and limbs of all the victim races and even Ordenreich bodies all tossed into a large hole in the center of the room. The "junk" wasn't scrap or garbage it was sentient corpses. Many of Roger's men threw up inside their helmets but were forced to leave them on because they would be exposed to diseases then. Roger was barely able to transmit a report.*

Roger: *cough* *cough* Command, this.... is Roger. *cough* We found the remaining victims and even some of our own people! *cough* Sending visual feed.

*The visuals from this pit were sent to the governmental higher ups of the victim races and the Ordenreich government*

With the arrival of the first bodies, a memorial is dedicated for the victims of the atrocities and their bodies finally laid to rest. This is actually somewhat unusual on Chiron: the standard procedure is recycling, but with the nature of the contaminants and the OrdenReich request they were willing to accede to the more common practice in the galaxy, besides not wanting too much exposure of the somewhat controversial practice in the first place.

Emily (in a terse reply): This is Knight Commander Emily Locklear of the T.S.F. Sol Invictus, flagship of the Nova Silesia Quarantine Fleet. You have clearance to approach Nova Silesia's surface. An LZ has been arranged outside of the Black Order facility to accommodate your needs. Ordenreich forces have been notified of your arrival and will provide you with privacy and room to work once groundside. Is that acceptable?

"That all seems fine" said Major Khellian, "we have ourselves brought a small security team but will not turn down a guide or two to show us around the facilities as we are unfamiliar with your species's architecture and the planet's surface itself. " With that the Dominion ship pressed forward and approached the planet. The descent into the atmosphere went well enough and soon the Dominion ship was landing in the prescribed area of the planet. Checking their suits more than once, the team led by Major Khellian disembarked and met up with the Sacaen forces on the ground that were there to meet them.

"I am Major Khellian of the Veridian Dominion" the Major declared, hoping his translator was operating properly.

*Some of the knights looked up when the Major announced himself then went back to the grim work of moving bodies from a central pile to areas where they could be sorted, identified, and put in coffins to send back to their people. One of the knights walked up to the major, his steps heavy from exhaustion and the horrors he had witnessed in such a short time. He gave a quick, half-hearted salute.*

Order Lieutenant Isaac (in a quick, monotone voice): I'm Order Lieutenant Isaac, 23rd Order Knights, etc, etc. I'm your guide. This way.

Major Khellian and the other Veridians followed Order Lieutenant Isaac as he showed them into one of the facilities and was shown around. The Veridians wasted little time in conducting their "investigation" of the crimes committed by the Black Order. Of course, the material was all in Sacaen script so it would take some times to completely translate however, what little their own field translators could establish, the information was very good.

What the Black Order had discovered was quite incredible and the Dominion scientists in the group were very optimistic about what they could use the information towards. In truth, many were now viewing the entire planet as a genetic pot of gold, some much could be learned about the major species of the galaxy from this one planet. So much potential was here, logged in computers and laying dead on the ground; they had to soak as much of it up as possible.

*Order Lieutenant Isaac stood off to the side while he waited for the Dominion to finish poking over the base. Command ordered him to be their guide and also keep an eye on them so their wouldn't be any problems. The Order Lieutenant looked on in disgust though the Dominion people didn't seem to notice due to his combat helmet visor blocking his face. It seemed that the Dominion entourage were actually enjoying this! He was about to pass a mental judgement on the Dominion's morality but he remembered that it was his people's government doing the experimentation and more than likely they were data mining the research as well. No sense letting the lives of all who died here go to waste he guessed*

While the Veridian scientist continued their research, Major Khellian did get somewhat the impression that the Ordenreich soldier were somewhat disgusted by the scientists reactions. The scientists themselves did not notice any of this, why should they? After all, on the home world this sort of research was common place. In fact, the Dominion felt it was almost necessary if it was going to survive in the rather hostile and chaotic galaxy for which the Veridians called home. Surely those who'd been in charge of such an operation here thought like Veridians, viewing the other species of the galaxy as sub-par to their own. A pity they were either dead or presumably arrested, they were perhaps the best among the Sacean species as far as the Veridians were concerned.

"Tell me Order Lieutenant" said the Major as he turned to him, "were there any Veridians among the infected?"

Isaac: Ja. We're keeping them in a relief camp about a few miles west. I can take you there if you like

*Isaac continued to keep the dull, disinterested tone. He saw so many horrors in Nova Silesia that it desensitized and made him numb to all feeling. More than likely he would have to see a shrink after this war over*
