All you really need to know about this group is that they fled Caesar's wrath on rickety boats and made it to North Africa, where they ended up with a seriously bad gender ratio. There are all of 504 people in this "nation" and only 55 are women. They have no vertibirds, energy weapons that have no replacement parts, and sand in their power armor. Also, if they wander south enough, they will discover the African continent's version of deathclaw: mutant honey badgers.
